Description
I need a template mockup (1 page) for a new website. I need something simple that pops. I will ask you to review these sites:

http://www.progressive.com
http://www.statefarm.com/
http://www.esurance.com

And I will give you a mock up that I already did. You will review the samples above and take the mock up I made and make a nice looking template using (loosly) the theme in my mock up. It does not need to be cut, or htmled, A nice graphic will be fine. (If you prefer to cut it up and html, it that will be fine too).

I need fast and cheap. The design will not need to be perfect but will need to be VERY professional.

When biding on this please provide URLs (one or two) of your previous work.
