Description
1. Develop Web-page template.
2. Develop/create company logo

Web- design for a Mobile and VoIP phone company. Want a few template pages built in the same style, in case some variations are needed. Basically same page, but with small variations.

Separate CSS file.

Menus and content (text/html) will be be read from a database (dynamic - must be considered).

- Bidders with references are preferred.
- Need to see samples of work done in the past
