Description
We are creating a website with a web 2.0 look ( 8-10 pages) very simple.. We also need a database that allows one type of user to pay to create a profile. once they have paid, they then can have the ability to fill in a series of answers and type in a bio, etc. They also can upload, pdf files and a photo and a short video clip. This type user cannot search any other profiles or see any other user..they can only create and update their own profile.

the second type user would be able to create a basic profile for free. This second type user is a coach of a certain type sport ( it depends on one of 30 possible sports availiable) Based on their profile set up they will be able to search the 1st type user profiles based on a search fields that filter the 1st type user profiles based on the 2nd type users selections

We are basically creating a athletic scouting site where coaches according to the sport they register as, can search for athletes they may want to have on their team. The coaches will be able to match adn refine their searches based on a specific set a selections they do in the search fields.

We want the site to have a simple web 2.0 feel and have demo screen shot of what we are looking for. We need someone who can pretty much match the look and feel of web 2.0 and also make a solid basic robust database.
