Description
We need help building a new web site for photo quiz web service built on Django. Users can design their quiz based on photo(s) which can be imported by Flickr (via Flickr API), any photo album sites (via Google Image Search API) and photos uploaded by themselves. This website keeps small version of the photo and make a link to the original photo. Visitors can play the quiz, check results, see stats, comment, rank and flag. Admin can edit categories and manage users.

More details will be provided to the winning bid. Some visual design will be required to make the site presentable, but most of the work will be in database schema design and feature implementation to ensure good functionality and flexible data access and manipulation.

Working with a art designer will be a huge plus. If not feasible, needed arkworks can be supplied. Bidders need to describe if they can provide artworks or not.

Please only bid if you have experience building community sites on the Django/Python. Only Django/Python work experience is accepted, please provide your previous case as reference if available.
