Description
I am currently looking for web-based application for scheduling/viewing staff's business trips.

User should be able to mark(check) the particular date(s) against its name with country code.

Please see attached picture for approximate layout.

Preference:
Windows environment (Windows 2003,IIS6.0)
User names should be taken from AD
Pop-up (mouseover)comments
Form-based authentication.
