Hello Coders,

http://www.thetemplatestore.com/dwwell_organized/instructions.htm is the template that I want to use and name the tabs to my specific needs. I awarded this project to a coder (se7en applications) but after 3 days of no answer I'm moving on.

The tabs I would like Home,Forums (http://www.phpbb.com/),Calendar,community small busines which people in the neighborhood can add and I can delete if I want. also a vote button to tell other poeple if this is a good business,blog,Photo gallery,Skype button that says I'm online or not,directory for city of chandler (I'll post the information)Java chat tab
RSS button in XML this would reflect any new posts in the website or forum posts or changes.
If everything works out than there will be another website than another. Also, do any of you know about google adsense or yahoo adsence?

A spot for guest blog too. Example, if a local student wants to write.

On the security side I would like the website to record the ip addresses of the clients that visit and also the people who post in the forums. I will provide the plugins for the forums your job as a coder is to make the plugins work.

Also, you must have skype account which is voice over ip. I believe we would have a better relationship if we could actually talk. Also I have a AIM account and Yahoo account you should too.

I can't wait to start this with a group that wants the work. If this goes well I'll forward any requests for your work to you.
