Virtuemart amendments

There are four small tasks to this project.

1.Add google adword conversion code to my website/virtuemart signup, checkout pages, and lead pages

2a.I have a php script that automatically imports my products csv into virtuemart. Can it be modify so that it only publishes products in the vm database that match in the csv file. At present there are 25000 records in the vm database all published but only 19000 in the csv file that are available for purchase, Therefore its advertising products that are no longer for sale.

2b.Product csv file, I would like a log file generated of a list of new products added to the vm database from the csv file on a daily basis, this can be saved to the webfolder and emailed to a specified address which I can easily change if required.
An appended log file would be best with the dates and list of products added on that date, im sure this can easily be achieved with the created date field.

3.With virtuemart I have a component script called “frooglefeedexport” that produce froogle feed which can be downloaded at www.denebsys.net. However the process is manual. What I require is that the feed file is generated automatically and saved to the webfolder, and the ability to enter configuration details for the ftp connection in order to ftp the file to froogle automatically (this could be entered into the php file directly if it is well commented.
I already have a script that does all of this automatically except that it uploads all products instead of just published products. It does not have a nice GUI component that “frooglefeedexport” has, nor is it integrated.
The “frooglefeedexport” component is what I would like to use except i need it to be automated.
