Please Requirements
Let me make this very clear, because I have been learning a lot about placing bids on this site. So let me go down the list of things in number order.
1. If you have not built a video screaming admin and user interface console chat/IM do not bid on this job.
2. If you are unable to show a video screaming admin and user interface console chat/IM that you have created don’t bid on this job.
3. If you’re not able to supply me a written mock up of all the control features for Admin, base off your previous knowledge of creating this video screaming admin and user interface console with the additional stuff I want the system to do such as extend time with a payment option and more, do not bid on this project. (Including server specs)
4. If you’re not able to make a video screaming admin and user interface console better than http://www.videowhisper.com/?p=Live+Streaming http://www.livestream.com/platform/broadcastlive
Then don’t bid on this project.
5. If this is your first time attempting a project like that and you want to experiment your time with my money, don’t bid on this project.
6. Again, let me be clear, if you are unwilling to display or give a detailed Itemized list, of all the features, specs, and everything that will be needed to complete this project after receiving the document from me, you will not be awarded this project and do not bid on this project. I’m running into people who don’t want to do a fix cost price, and they do not want to show me they have the qualifications to do the work. The only way that can happen is by showing me you understand the project fully by writing it down and sending that information to me.
7. If you do not have some designers that have really great CSS Styling skills, do not bid on this job.
8. You have 45 days to complete this project. Weekly status updates of project is warranted in order for you to get paid. You are to upload the program to my server after each milestone/payment. This will be integrable into another site, so your knowledge has to be very good. ((show me everything that you feel will to win this project. Showing me your previous work with no relation to this project will get your bid declined.))
9. Prelimary mock up of the site will be asked to be done and given 3 days after the award of the project. What you will submit to me before had is a mock up showing you know what it will look like. I will supply another mock up to you from other company which I had draft the layout, but this will be only given to you after you have displayed what you will feel is needed as well.
10. I want full documentation write up from start to finish after awarding. I need to see all designs of CSS Styling.
11. What you must have a knowledge of "Payment Center" "Payment Gateways to continue payment" "Creating and Programming codes to be issued with certain features, example if code 12ABE says, it is good for 2 hours worth of screaming and recording, then the system has to track how much time is left on that code." Must be able to create recording features, for video screaming, and know how to store this in a database for fast replay from the site, and for downloading at a cost to be burned to DVD"
12. Must be able to record video or just voice if need be as well. ((Example if I wanted to not show a video feed, but make a voice recording, then this can be done through the admin panel of the video screamer, where it will be a mp3 file or something created with just voice to download, or playback from the site.
((Again..if you are not willing to give me a list of requirements in order to do this project, then you will be declined from the start. I will no longer give projects off someone telling me they can do it.))
