I am building an add-in in PowerPoint 2003. I wish to place a new button at the beginning of the menu bar. When this button is activated a form will appear with three choices of creating a new document based on three separate templates that will be stored in C:\images\ on the user's computer. See module 1 in x template.

When I press the button on the top menubar the form appears okay. So far I have created the form and the toolbar button. I have created the macros, I need someone to complete the code to open the particular template and a new presentation based on the template selected via the radio button on the form.

The form has an OK and a cancel button. Clicking the cancel button will close the form, not PowerPoint.
Clicking the OK button will create a new presentation based on one of the three choices made on the form.

NB. Please change the code so that only one radio button can be selected by the user.
When the user form is presented, no radio buttons to be selected by default. User must select a radio button to activate template.
If the user forgets to select a radio button, user prompt to display to "Select Template to use and click OK again".

Very Important,I want the completed code to come back to me in a .ppt file where I can access the code, not as an add-in .ppa. I need this work completed very quickly. A job will be awarded today- it would be appreciated if the job could be completed today

We also want a message box to appear on Print or Save in PPT 2003.

Intervene when user Prints or Saves a presentation:

When the user selects File/Print or clicks the Print button

or selects File/Save or File Save button they receive message box:

"Reminder:" on Title bar of vba message

"Have you deleted the blank 'Library' slides from your presentation?

"Click YES to continue printing your presentation
"Click NO to return to PowerPoint"

YES NO buttons on message box

I want this completed and delivered with 2 days if possible. Delivered as .ppt file please.
