BUDJET: 350.00$
We want the exact same look, nothing different(flash header and all...).The website design should cover the whole screen and not partially as the template would be on the browser.
Here are the features that we will need:

1)a shopping cart: a complete modern payment system with security, payment forms , invoices forms + system to save all customers data
2) Intro page using the template design loo with a language option for English and french
3) Website has to be in french and a version in english so all texts and images have to be editabel
4) php admin panel where all the datas infos and shopping cart can be administered
3) customer forms in the website to be filled out during check outs
4) The template of the website has been purchased and you can see it at: http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/10866.html
The template will be sent to you to start working on it.


5) A picture of what we want in regards of the template design will be sent after the coder is chosen, make sure you look at it well and design it as asked.
