Description
I am looking for someone who will be able to transcribe audio mp3 files into letters and memos. I will dictate my letters and correspondence and e-mail the files in mp3 format. I need that to be typed into MS-word documents. I will provide you with a memo and letter template that is pre-formated to fit onto my letterhead. I am looking for quick turnaround time, and near 100% accuracy. You must be able to organize my thoughts into something coherent, as I can sometimes ramble when dictating. You must have excellent English grammar skills as well. Ideally, I would like to send out my files at the end of the workday and have them ready for me at the beginning of the next work day. I would pay for a block of time using paypal, and add more funds as the retainer gets exhausted.

Since you are from Canada, your end-of-day is when my day starts, which makes it ideal since we can work on your letters while you sleep and deliver our output by the time you wake up. I'm not sure about making this based by the hour since there will be no way for you to validate our hours so I propose that we make the arrangement per document or page. This way it will be easy to validate our work and it would be fair for you. Let me know what your budget is so we can work out a viable arrangement.
