Hello everyone

We are in need for someone who can develop Torrentflux script, which is basically a multi-user GUI for BitTornado. It is scripted in PHP, with a MySQL database and runs on a web server. you can take a look on the Torrentflux script on the following link http://www.torrentflux.com.

it is open Sorce so anyone can take a look and see if you can add the following

1- Free download and paid account (login) support (Free account created only by the admins)
-Paid Account (should have the access to download the files in zip format (it already has zip file function available,torrent must be disabled for them)

2- Bandwidth rate limiting (e.g. max 50KB/sec)

3- Max file size limits (e.g. 100MB)
Download limits per hour and/or day (e.g. 100MB/hour)

4- Hot linking protection (HTML/PHP page shown before proceeding to download)

5-Paypal Subscriptions

6-Able to add different packages
