Description
A shipping and freight forwarding company operating in Dubai require a software with below spec.

Job Opening,Operations status and monitoring throughout job completion,costing,invoicing,purchasing of expenses, job date revalidation (carry fwd to next month). The special features I would look forward is approval system, sales call monitoring, etc. In nutshell I look for a wonderful tool which satisfies all our freight forwarding needs. A successful built up software is also acceptable, as long as it could be customized for my needs.

The cost is not a major issue, but must be error free and userfriendly. It is not necessary to be a web based.
