Description
We need to create 30 unique websites to help drive traffic to a primary company website.
The first site is the company primary site. This site uses a template which contains a flash header, Photoshop PSD files, and HTML code. The images are contained in a PSD file. You will need to edit the images in photoshop, save the pieces for the web as png/jpeg/gif, and place into the HTML template. The site has been partially completed (mostly the flash header/graphics).

I've attached a zip file containing the example HTML pages with swf file.
Approximately 50-60 pages will need to be copied from the current site, and pasted into the HTML portion of the page. Small amounts of formatting (font/spacing) will need to be done on some pages. This copy/paste/review process shouldn't take more than 3-4 minutes per page.
The other 29 websites will be using a Frontpage website template which requires no coding/scripting and no graphics editing.
Basically, just change HTML tags and fill in text.
Approximately 1-3 hrs of research will be needed on Plastic Surgery topics to help fill out the site and make it unique.
However, most of the information can be pulled from the main website, so only a little filler is needed. The pages will need
to be formatted to look professional (correct font sizes etc).

A sitemap file will need to be created for each site and metadata (keywords/description) added to each page.
We will be doing completing this project in 2 phases.
Phase 1:
The primary website first.
9 Websites will be created from the Frontpage template.
Phase 2:
The remaining 20 websites.
Search engine submission (crawl requests) to major search engines (google/msn/yahoo) would be nice, but not required. Please let us know if you are offering SEO with your bid.

High level security consulting is our primary business function. We specialize in SOX/PCI/HIPAA Compliance, Penetration Testing, Security Audits, and Intrusion Detection & Prevention.
However, some of our clients prefer to use us as a full I.T. solution. This includes software development, web design, graphics design, and general network support.
Up until now we have done everything in house, so this is new for us. One of our full time web designers just got married is moving to another state. The other web designer is going back to school for a masters degree, and will only be able to work part time.
If the work is done well, we would like to continue the relationship. We have another 12 projects on backorder, waiting for this one to be completed.
