E-mail opt-in script
We need a PHP Script for a newsletter set up into the Homepage. We have set up the Home page with Microsoft Front Page. We are also using 1 and 1.com web hosting.
Our home page form has a place for the First name and E-mail address.

After hitting the submit button, he automatically receives an e-mail confirming the registration at the e-mail address that was submitted in the form, with his first name in it, [DownLoad link for the free E-Book]. Where he can have the option to download a free e-book at [Thank you page] or not, then if he clicks the conformation link to download the free e-book he is then added to the e-mail list.
The Home Page is in the attachments [index]. With a copy of the conformation page that will be sent to the e-mail address [DownLoad link for the free E-Book].
We would also like to have it set up, so 1 person can not put in a lot of other names and e-mail addresses, so we do not get accused of spam. The script needs to be able to run under all anti-spam laws.

No e-mail server wanted.
