ALL GENERIC RESPONSES WILL BE DELETED - Please read what I am looking for. I am looking for a web site for tracking purposes of items. This will ne a national data base that must be secure and private. The site should be clean and easy to use with a main contraol panel for admin use. Users will need to log onto the site using a user name and password, they will then be providing information that can be tracked by other users to make sure that the item(s)are not duplicate ordered from any other location. i.e. Mr. Smith logs(member in New York) in and lists that Bob Jones purchased 2 AAA packages of batteries on June 29, 2009, he enters that Mr Jones can not purchase these Items again until after July 29,2009. So now if Mr Jones went to Connecticut and asked another seller/member Joe Blow for a Package of AAA Batteries, Mr Joe Blow looks up in the system Bob Jones and see's that he is not allowed to buy anymore AAA batteries until July 29th so the order can be denied.

Of course it's not batteries we are taking about, I am using this as an example. The system is pretty simple but yet must be able to track buyers activities and make sure they do not exceed the allowed amounts based on previous purchases.

I am looking for a simple business/corporate look, easy to use, must be 100% secure. I am looking to have this done within 14-21 days - PM me any questions.
