Description
I am looking for a programmer to develop an application for Mac OS X that, when active, will automatically copy any selected text, matching the select-to-copy functionality of the X Window System and the Bloomberg Terminal.

A description of X Window System select-to-copy:

To copy text to the clipboard, select it with the left mouse button. The system will copy the selected text to the clipboard when you release the left mouse button. The clipboard will contain this text until you make a new selection, at which time the contents of the clipboard will be replaced with the new selection.

To paste text from the clipboard, middle-click (or left-click and right-click together, or press Command-V) with the mouse pointer where you would like to insert the pasted text. You can paste additional copies of the same text with subsequent middle-clicks until you make a new selection, at which time the contents of the clipboard will be replaced with the new selection.
