Description
I want to put up a streaming audio/video server. The audio/video feed will come from a IP camera that will have a particular IP address, connected to internet via a Ethernet LAN cable or wirelessly. The IP camera can be remote controlled for panning and zooming, a functionality that is currently available. I will show you a demo of that camera on your reply.

The IP camera does not allow broadcasting to more than 10 viewers at a time if it is accessed without a server, ie. if it is embedded in a web page with a direct feed from the camera. The server software you develop will receive feed from the IP camera and then re-distribute it to as many streams as there are the viewers.

In your response, include the following:
1. What platform would you use to develop the server? Can it be built in Java?
2. What would be the server side requirement for storage space and bandwidth for streaming live content through the camera to 100 people at a time simultaneously if one stream from the server to a user is 124kbps wide.
3. What will be the minimum cost of hosting the space and the bandwidth, per month? Please also specify a suitable streaming server vendor.
