Existing Website: Needing a stock update module and web design upgrade

Test website available, PHP and mySQL driven e-commerce system on linux server, Template driven

Part 1

I am looking for someone to build a program to auto update my shop on the click of a button from one or maybe more suppliers websites via xml feeds and csv files etc.

For an example of what I am after please see complete product synchro below (one of my suppliers already has this software available to purchase, but it only works with OSCommerce or CRELoaded shop site) I am prepared to buy this software if the winning bidder can modify it to work and implement it into my current shop software Jshop or they can design there own!.

I already have a basic working stock module running on the test website but this cannot update individual attributes and items with more than one option do not get sorted correctly. I must stress this is a very basic stock module and not what is required

More Professional looking website

Front Page Design, Banner & Graphics

I\'d like to have a top banner and logo designed and some professional design work to the index page etc (quite like the simplicity of the website now but it needs to look more professional). I’d also like the designer to have a look over the website and make suggestions/improvements where needed

Videos

I have around 20 small videos and I’d like to put them on the product page of the items concerned. I’d like the visitors to my website to be able to view on videos whilst on my product page

Complete Product Synchro

This PHP script saves you hours of work by allowing you to synchronise the products in your OSCommerce or CRELoaded shop site.
It connects to our XML product and stock feeds to update any products within your own database – adding new products if they are available (including their images and attributes).

It now also allows you to change the price and description as they are entered into your shop to give you unique content which search engines lookout for.
This software completely keeps your site up to date with all of our products. It is capable of populating your whole site from scratch with all products including all images and attributes (i.e. small / medium / large). It also has a separate stock control option which can be used to keep your products stock levels inline with your wholesaler.

It also highlights discontinued items for you to easily tick and set to inactive.

How does it work?
After one push of a button you will be presented with all the new items which are not in your shop. Tick the products you wish to be added, select your mark-up from RRP or Cost price, then hit confirm. It\'s as easy as that! You can then directly edit their price and description if you wish.

Another click and all your stock completely inline with our warehouse. You will also have the option to tick and set inactive items that are not in the warehouse ( this keeps you inline with discontinued products ).
Non of your other items in your shop are ever effected so you may have items not offered by us as usual.
