PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS MESSAGE OR DO NOT BID!

I need a coder to create a stand alone system for me which operates as such:

Back end: requires login [has one login only, will not ever have more than one]. Contains 3 pages: sites, categories, and articles. Can use tables or what ever you want. I just want it to work. No style needed in the backend.

Sites page: a list of websites and options for each site. Adding a new site would be simply on the same page at the top of the list and would use a field for the link, and another for the name, with a checkbox labeled "here link". Each site would be able to have the option to uncheck a here link and the option to disable all here links [unchecking will not disable the previous links, this is intentional]

Categories page: this page should have two columns.
The left should contain a list of the available categories and the ability to add a new category at the top. Each category needs a way to be re-ordered [because this is a budget job I would NOT mind if these are number fields]. Starting categories are: Pre-Writing, Writing Guides, Writing Templates, Editing and Reviewing, Publishing Information, Marketing, Distribution, Other Resources.
The right should contain a list of tags and a way to add tags at the top.

Articles page: this needs to have a list of articles with their categories and tags listed under them in small text, or off to the side in a table layout. What ever's easiest. There should be an edit, delete [from further articles ONLY] and hard delete [delete from further articles and delete previous articles] button. The edit button will allow me to edit the title and add or remove tags/categories.

Function: Basically I will add sites who sign up to my program to the list. When their sites [Mostly wordpress sites] update with new articles my list needs to update too. I want it to work like this:

1) They post an article
2) If the site has here links checked go to step 3, if not collect ONLY the title and skip steps 3 and 4.
3) My site collects the article minus attachments [should probably collect the HTML source of the actual article so embedded videos and formatting are there].
4) If there are attachments the article should automatically display a bold red warning at the top that says "Some parts of this article were left behind at the original source. Please view the live version."
5) The articles should be listed on the articles page in order of submission, new articles should not have any category or tags and therefore should not be able to be displayed.
6) I will edit the articles in my own time to have tags and cats, once they are edited they will be displayed on the front end.
7) Later I may contact you for a search option...I don't have the funds right now but I do want to discuss the possibility of it in the future. The search would use tags and cats as well as titles and possibly content. Let me repeat this is NOT included in this project YET.

The front end would display each category in order as links [and my own header and footer which I can give you the code for]. They would display the last 15 titles from each category in the list with a "view here" [if here links are checked] and a "view live" button. The article titles would be linked to the view here option unless it wasnt available [in which case it would use the live link].

Viewers clicking the view here link would see the article displayed from our database [with our header and footer as before]. Before the article and after it would be a view live link.

Viewers clicking the view live link would be taken to the source of the article so they could read it on the owners site. This would be displayed with a toolbar at the top which would list the category and tags and provide a way to get back to our site. I can give you the code for this.

PLEASE separate sources and templates. I will be editing the templates to doll them up, I just want the basic functionality there. Code it in tables for all I care, it's a budget job like I said so I'm just asking for function - you can be sloppy on templates cause I'll be messing with them anyway. Just please make it secure from hackers.

I currently have a similar system which uses RSS, but I have decided to stop using this because it's integrated with another software which causes issues when I need to upgrade. I wish to move to a stand alone system.

I want this to grab 5 articles at a time, even old ones. I want it to do one site at a time - that is it should grab 5 from one site, then 5 from another, and so on, and should not crash my server or cause heavy loads. My server has high traffic but my current system does not effect it, I want this new system to behave like that too. I'd like it to do it daily at a scheduled time. I have the ability to add cron jobs. IF you want to add a cron please test your script on your own server FIRST because I do not want mine to crash.

Additionally if you're willing to add it in for little or no cost, I would like a button that would allow members to submit a vote which would be displayed only on versions where here links were enabled. The vote would be 1 2 or 3 [okay, good, excellent] and would be attributed to the site that submitted the article [so each site would have a score]. The site should get 5 points an article additionally too.

I have a database set up for this all ready to go, all you need to do is code everything. I will give you access to the database to view and change it if you need to, and access to ftp as well. Please note this access will be given on a server away from my site.
