Description
Please Read Before Bidding: They are a total of only (Five) questions. Please use SQL Management Studio 2008 to complete the questions listed below. Also I cannot pay more than eighty bucks for the assignments so please bid for eighty dollars nothing more since I would not be able to accept it. I am a student with a very limited budget. I am very easy to work with and would be available anytime for any questions that you have before or after bidding, just message me and i'll be checking my account periodically everyday. Please make sure to read the question thoroughly before you start, they are very simple not too lengthy questions.

P.S: When I say ITD((sixfourzero) it actually means the numbers in it not just the spelling, we cannot write numbers due to the get a coder policy so I spelt them out)

Unit One
(ITD(sixfourzero)_P(one).MDF or .SQL means ITD640_P1.MDF or .SQL) (File attached: Unit(one).jpg)
Deliverable Required: Database and query file, zipped (Please see attached file for table and data information that needs to be added to the database)

Use SQL Management Studio to create a database called ITD(sixfourzero)_P(one).MDF. Be sure to store the database in a location that you will remember. Add the tables and data shown below to the database. Use appropriate field types and lengths. Create the following queries and save them all in a file called ITD(sixfourzero)_P(one).SQL. Remember that you can execute individual queries in a query file by highlighting the lines that you want to execute before running the script. Also remember to define what database to use with a USE statement.
* Get the full details of the student table.
* Get full details of the students who attend school S(two).
* Get full details of the assignments with point values greater than (hundred).
* Get the student number and assignment number for students with unknown (NULL) roles who are working on assignment A(two).
* Using a subquery, get the first and last names of students who attend Central University.
* Using a subquery, get full details of all the students whose schools are located in San Francisco.
You should detach your database and create a zip file called ITD(sixfourzero)_P(one).ZIP including the associated log file and the query file. After you have created the zip file, you can reattach your database.

Unit Two
Deliverable Required: Word Document
Consider a typical sales invoice that would include the following information. Design a single table to hold all of the information required to store an invoice including this information. Next, apply normalization to reduce this table to third normal form. Prepare a Word document showing the original and final tables. Include a short summary (two to three paragraphs) of the problems with the original single table design and how normalization improved the design.
Orders:
* Order_id
* Order_date
* Customer_id
* Customer_name
* Customer_address
* Customer_city
* Customer_state
* Item_id
* Item_description
* Item_qty
* Item_price
* Item_total_price
* Order_total_price

Unit Three
Deliverable Required: SQL Script (File attached: Unit(three).jpg and Unit(three).zip)
Download Unit (three).zip, unzip, and attach the sample database ITD(sixfourzero)_B from the attached files. The sample database represents a company with employees and different stores. Each employee works at just one store. The employees have various jobs in different promotional activities (promotions) and may work on more than one promotion at a time.
Download the database: Unit (three).zip
The following are the tables and data in the ITD(sixfourzero)_B database (File attached Unit (three).jpg. Using the sample database, write the scripts in a file called ITD(sixfourzero)_P(three).SQL to create the following views. Remember to include a USES clause at the top of your script file to use the ITD(sixfourzero)_B database. Also include code that checks if the view already exists. If it does, it should be dropped and recreated.
- Create a view named v_stocker showing the employee number, promotion number, and start date where the job is "stocker."
- Create a view called v_no_budget with all the columns of the promotion table except the budget column.
- Create a view called v_count that shows the number of employees that are working on each promotion. The view should have columns for the promotion number and the count.

Unit Four
Deliverable Required: Database
For this project, you will be creating a database system to solve a business problem of your choice. The database system must meet the criteria shown below. In addition to the database solution, each student will prepare a system summary.
Database System Requirements:
* Create a database and name it ITD(sixfourzero)_GPx where "x" is your group letter. Populate your database with appropriate test data.
* Include all of the scripts in a single file called ITD(sixfourzero)_GPx.SQL where "x" is your group letter.
* Create at least three related tables in the database.
* Create at least two stored procedures and a script to use each of them.
* Create at least one view (using a script).
* Create at least one trigger.
* Create at least five useful queries. At least one of these queries should use a subquery, and at least one of the queries should use an aggregate function.
* All scripts should be well documented.

Summary:
In addition to the work described above, you will have to prepare a summary document with the following information. This document will be submitted as a separate item along with the ZIP of the database and the associated files.
- a word document describing the system
- an ERD or other graphical representation of the system
- a description of the views, stored procedures, triggers, and queries
- step-by-step instructions on how to run the queries that will demonstrate the functionality of the system
- a summary of strengths and weaknesses of the system, as designed
Please submit the database, a log file, query files in a zip file called ITD(sixfourzero)_GP.ZIP, and his or her own individual summary document as a separate submission. You will have to detach the database before creating the zip file.

Unit Five
Create the following queries on the ITD(sixfourzero)_B database used for Unit (Three) and save them all in a file called ITD(sixfourzero)_P(five).SQL. Remember that you can execute individual queries in a query file by highlighting the lines that you want to execute before running the script. Also remember to define what database to use with a USE statement.
- Using a join, get the full details of all the employees who are working on the Harvest Ball promotion.
- Get the promotion names (duplicates eliminated) being worked on by employees from the Rocky Mountain Produce store.
- Get the last names of all the employees who are working on promotion P(one).
- Get the employee numbers and start dates of all the employees with start dates equal to the earliest date.
- Insert yourself (Ebad Kirmani) in the employee table using the last five digits of your phone number (four, two, six, seven, eight) as the employee number and show yourself as working for Rocky Mountain Produce. Then show all the records in the employee table.
- Delete yourself from the employee table by matching your employee number, and then show all of the records in the employee table.
You should create a zip file called ITD(sixfourzero)_P(five).ZIP with your query file (ITD(sixfourzero)_P(five).SQL) included.
