Description
We need someone to do a script for sport event management. PLEASE ONLY bid after fully read the project details.

The system needs:

For Administrator
1. Enter / Delete / Edit Student particulars:
a. ID to be system generated
b. First Name & Surnames
c. Parents’ / Guardians’ Names (both)
d. Club membership number (optional; for those who are club members)
e. Birthdates
f. Mailing Address
g. Residential Address
h. Contact
i. Email address
j. Class (allow for class movements)
k. Date joined
l. Registration fee
m. Program fee (to allow for one-off promotional discounts to be applied from time to time)
n. Level
o. Class Attendance
p. Award obtained (date obtained)
q. Progress record
r. Fee payment record (system generated; fee payment can be via cash, cheque, internet banking transfer or paypal)
s. Status (Active / Temp stop / Withdrawn / Suspended / Blacklisted)
t. Date of “suspension / withdrawn”

For Customer – Students
1. To allow online registration (with policies read & accepted).
2. Once registration received by us, and customer is placed into a class, we will “confirmed / pending /suspend” and issue user id & password to customer’s email. We will also inform customer.
3. Customer will then be given 3-7 working days to log on and make payment.
4. To allow customers to log on and make payment thru’ paypal.
5. For subsequent fee payment, system will auto send 1 notice to remind customers 7 working days before it is due. Every payment of fee is for a term of 12 lessons. If payment is not made by 11th lesson, a reminder will be generated to customer. (A notice must also be sent to administrator.)
6. To allow customers to view their class attendance & progress record (remarks made by coaches).

For Coaches
1. To allow coach to log in using user id & password.
2. To allow coaches view, edit, update attendance records of all classes under them.
3. To allow coaches to enter, edit and update progress records and awards of students.
4. Progress is supposed to be entered by coaches minimally on the 12th lesson of each term. If not, system will send reminders to coaches to do so if by the 13th lesson there is still no progress updated.
5. System should also tabulate coaching hours at the end of the month for each coach and allow him / her to verify the figure.

All login access by admin, coach and students is password protected.

NOTE: There is NO need for web design. This scripts will integrated to our existing website. Most of the requirement is as above. If coders are not sure any of the above, please PM me.
