Dear Coders,
We have been a sporting arbitrage provider since 2007 and now we want to change our systems. So we really need a coder/company who can create a brand-new web-based program, which can scan the records of odds of bookmakers, then find out sports arbitrages and show them to our members who are logging in.

What sports arbitrage is:
A sporting arbitrage simply arises from different opinion about the odds of a sporting event by bookies.
For example:
Philadelphia 76ers vs Toronto Raptors (NBA).
Odds:
Philadelphia 76ers to win: 2.11 at PinnacleSports.
Toronto Raptors to win: 2.00 at StanJames.
We placed £948 on Philadelphia 76ers to win at PinnacleSports and £1,000 on Toronto Raptors to win at StanJames. The total amount we placed was £1,948 (£948 + £1,000).
This was full time result: Toronto Raptors 105:103 Philadelphia 76ers.
We won £2,000 from StanJames. When the total amount we placed (£1,948) was taken away from the total amount we won (£2,000), we were left with a profit of £52. If Philadelphia 76ers had won, we would have made a profit of £52.28.

General Requires:
*Our site will have some options which are similar (NOT the same) to website arbexpert.com. So, you should sign-up and request 3 day trial for FREE at their site to log-in and preview how their site works and how their site looks, it'll be useful for you.
DETAILS:
1. We will design the pages (user interface pages) in Photoshop, then send you and you must follow our designs to work. We don't care what program language you will use, but we hope you can use AJAX technologies to make our pages load faster, because the page for showing arbitrages will be continually refreshed to update the infors of arbitrages.
2. Our members will be able to register (Register Form: username, password, email, address, country, they find us from where ?, security code), log-in(username, password, security code) and purchase online (MoneyBookers).
At admin board, we can create new user, view, set-up, edit, delete,...any members and their infors by-hand.
There will be 2 kind of users, FREE user and PAY user, FREE user can sign-up and immediately view our arbitrages which are lower 1.5% in profit for free (No need to purchase). PAY user will have full options after purchasing, they can use filter system. All of our members (FREE & PAY) will be able to edit their personal infors.
3. Filter System allows PAY members to choose Bookmakers, Sports , Bet Types and Minimum/Maximum Profits they like. There are some Bet Types such as: 3-Way (1X2) , 2-Way (Under 2.5/Over 2.5, Draw No Bet, Asian Handicaps, etc..) , Point Spread (Under2.5/Over1.5 -> members can win at both of bookmakers), BACK/LAY (for users who bet with Exchanges). If you created this kind of program in past, you would be able to understand the Bet Types fast.
At admin board, we can hide or show any arbitrages by-hand, this is because sometimes your program can make mistakes in finding arbitrages and show the error arbitrages to our members, so we want to hide them until they are expired.
4. At first, our site can scan about 50-100 Bookmakers (we will show you what they are later), if we need more bookmakers in future, the program must be able to be upgraded and add more bookmakers into our system (of course, you will be paid for that work if we need your helps).
* Please note that you should show us your ideas, your experience, especially overview of how you will do with our project, your program language you will use. We will choose the best way, not best price !

The site must work and display well on FireFox, Internet Explorer and other Browsers without any errors from HTML,etc..

We forgot that the general content of website such as homepage, other pages may be manage by admin, they should be dynamic pages, and admin can modify, edit, delete and manage them from Admin Board.
On contact page, the visitors can send us email via Contact Forms.
We think these additional things are not problem for any good programmers. It's simple works we think.
