Description
I need a speed dating module that can integrate into the first page of an osDate online dating software which is free open source and based on php/mysql. (http://www.tufat.com/s_free_dating_system.htm)

How it should work:
1. Users go to the speed dating event and get assigned a 223number224 by the event organizer (e.g. 34) and during the event they note down the number of people they are interested in (e.g. 24, 54, etc.)
2. After the event, the organizer logs onto the admin area and assigns the 223numbers224 to each person that attended the event. The system will update immediately by clicking on a 223Submit224 button. Also an email should go out automatically to all attendees informing them that the system has been updated and they can logon to the site and tick their matches (text will be provided).
3. When users login after the event they see a list of people who attended the event with their name, photo, phone number and email and together with the 223number224 they were assigned at the event.
4. User ticks against the people he/she is interested. This will show all attendees with the following info. (223number224 , name, photo, a check box or radio button) in a list. And the system updates by clicking a submit button.
5. On another screen, user can see who have ticked him/her. This will display the list (223number224, name, phone number, email and photo) of all who had attended the event with a tick mark against the name of anyone who has ticked the user.
6. Having checked the profile of those users he/she chooses to send internal email/message.
7. The screens involved are as follows.
My events:
Shows the list of events user has booked and/or attended with 223Event Name224, Location and date with a 223Delete224 button against each event so user can delete if he/she wishes so.
View your matches:
This will show details (223number224, name, photo, phone number and email) of attendees who ticked the user and user ticked them.
Who has ticked you:
As in no. 5 above.
Tick your match:
As in no. 4 above. In admin control panel, admin should be able to see the list of (223number224, name name, photo, phone number and email) of all who have booked so he/she can print their details.
Find an event:
Links to the site home page where the event list is displayed
Our dating Events:
Links to a page that displays a text. (Text will be provided)

Will show a series of questions as radio buttons that user has to click plus a text box for comments. (Text will be provided)
The module should be CMS based and compatible with osDate.
