Description
This project is to convert a CD-ROM-delivered software program to an online program.

I have attached a folder with a set of screenshots which covers all the important pages and a text document that gives explanations for each page. The winning bidder will receive a fully-functioning copy of the program to work with.

The program has the following general features:

- Click and listen (audio or video).
- A variety of exercises types including gap-fill, multiple-choice, drag & drop
- Three recording features including:
- a waveform spectrograph tool (ocx) which gives a temporary visual display of
- a recording tool where the user can build up and add to a set of temporary
recordings
- an ordinary temporary record-your-voice tool

I suggest that anyone interested in bidding for this project should study the text document and accompanying pictures which I have attached in the zipped file (SSHProject.zip).

Please state in your bid what kind of application tool you plan to use. It could be Flash, Director or something similar.

The winning bidder will also have the job of setting the program up online in such a way that we can then license users to access it. This will involve a certain amount of ecommerce work as well as dealing with passwords, logins etc..

PLEASE NOTE: We would prefer the winning bidder to do this work but it is not essential. Please state in your bid whether you wish to bid for this aspect of the project.
