We need a working and effective social networking website that will be of the highest quality and should be implemented in less than 30 days. Payment type: Escrow.

Description:
We are looking at developers that already have a very high quality script/demo that they can fully modify and integrate so as to add some new options/concept that we want that may not be in their original script.

We are Looking to build a social networking site that has all the functionality of blackplanet.com, Hi 5.com, bebo.com and yelp.com . I need profiles to be able to be set up by members,customers, schools and businesses. The site needs to have all of the features of blackplanet/facebook/myspace/capazoo/bebo/yelp (videos, photos, creating groups, forums, classifieds, messaging, blogs, News, voting, dating, job etc).

Before accepting your bid, please ask all the questions that will help build the plan, before actually working on the project. If something is not specified in the project
description, or/and it was omited, but its highly required because of the nature of a social network nature, we expect you to let us know that needs to be included/omited.
This is a general description, and final description and instructions will be discussed at the beginning of the project, or at per your request.

We also expect you to assist to install the fully modified script and admin on our primary server and make sure it will be 100% functional with our current hardware and software.

Front page
Content rich, clean, news feeds blocks ( meshed with ability to choose different rss sources), members, favorites etc ( you must impress us )

Profiles
I need profiles to be able to be set up by customers and businesses.
Profiles need to be like on blackplanet.com or Bebo.com ( No exception ). Users will be able to select pre-built full profile layouts, or to select from a library the image for the
first block, header and footer for the smaller blocks .

Ability to import profiles from other websites ( ex. code from myspace profile page ) .
Drag and drop ability of the smaller blocks ( blocks like in bebo) in users profiles - in edit mode. Users will rearrange their profiles, save it to be available for public in the new structure
Public and private profiles

Forums
Integrated PHPBB skinned to match the website design

Market place : same as http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplace/ ( Please advise if you cannot do it we are flexible if you have a sample script/demo let is know)

Dating
Dating page will also be included see blackplanet.com .members will have to subscribe to use this page and contact members.

Messaging:
Web messenger, a/v chat available for paid membership

Security: : Security is a must, no open doors, disable any code injecting or possibility to be vulnerable. Project will be checked by security expert.

Very Important
The whole website needs to be stable,scalable and efficient. It is a must to be able to run on clustered servers with load balancers! No exceptions! This website needs to function for 100, 10000, 1000000, 5 milions users if needed! Project will come through the thorough stress-testing on a server
