First off please DO NOT provide me with a generic answer that you reply to all bids. Please take a minute to review my requirements and be 100% sure you can provide the requirements without issues. If you are qualified to provide "ALL" the requirements then please provide a bid. Thanks!
I have purchase (4.2v) software for a web site already developed for our application, the software is Similar to Facebook, it has a 100% open script so we can make changes and add the features we wish too. You can use this script or provide your own as long as it meets my requirements.
We are looking for a quote to design a nice clean layout which would be easy to read and easy to use for visitors.
In addition we would like to add some features:
- Twitter Type of Micro Blogging Service to transmit to mobile devices
- a points system as on activerain.com which awards points for a ranking system by state, county - points are awarded by posting a blog on the blog on the blog boards, inviting other members who accept membership, replying to others blogs (see activerain for sample of their points system)
- Dual profiles personal and a business listing category by state located and business type for users who would like to promote their business. There will be a place below the members personal photo area on their main page to link them to their business page. The site we most think mirrors the look, feel and features is groupsite.com with most of the features at groupsite.com
- Wall to wall type postings like facebook.
- Micro blogging like twitter ( within the main page) to be delivered to mobile devices as well.
I am looking for the site to be close to face book but have the twitter type of service and a business link available to members to market their business, the points system will help rank people like active rain does.

I want to make sure you are 100% sure you are able to provide what I am looking for and within the time frame needed. Here is the summary of the project: The main page when logged in at first should be set up like facebook, clean easy to use, this should be the Wall (type) Page where people type in what they are doing, others can write on their Wall(type) , upload pics, video clips etc. just like Face book, the page should be pretty much the same as facebook. From the main page there should be the IM feature, notices of updates, suggested friends, friends list again similar to facebook, - If people want to use the Twitter Type Micro Blogging then should click on something which would bring them to the Micro Blogging Page. The inner pages should be lighter colors like groupsite see-> http://www.groupsite.com/tour
There should be an explaination pop up box for each feature like groupsites ( see main page)
