I have existing code of a Networking Site. I need someone that can take existing code, read though it, make changes and additions. You need to be Very Strong in

Graphics
Buidling - Admin CPanel Design
Plesk

Graphics - Ability to offer strong deisgn ideas concerning graphics
Email Solutions within Plesk Conrol Panel and IIS
Plesk Control Panel Administration and Configuration
Security within Code from hacking

Communication and meeting deadlines are a must.

I am a very positive person to work with and am very fair, however I have to demand fairness and good Business Ethics in return.

I have had my share of Development companies that state they are capable of doing the job and are not.

If you cannot communicate daily, produce work and meet deadlines, please do not bid on this project. If this project is awarded to any company that cannot hold up it promise/commitment to this project, I will end the project and move to find a company that will honor their commitment.

Graphics, Functionality, Completion of work, communication are very important. I am very visual and expect a very clear and clean site.

PAYMENT WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.

You will have to be able to look through existing code without issues and modify it (make changes) and add functionality to the code.

I cannot express how important meeting deadlines are. Failure to meet deadlines on a continuous basis will mean that the project will be terminated. So only Bid on this project if you are serious about the work and ready to apply the effort.


This project can lead to other projects if quality work is given and timelines are met.
