Hi. We are a Web solutions company in Canada, currently looking to outsource a project.

The project is to be in PhP/mySQL to be hosted on a Linux Server. It must be hosted on my server for Demo purposes. This site is a social networking site similar to Facebook or Orkut. Complete details of the project will be delivered in a document.

This project was started by another company in India, but they could not deliver and did a very bad job. I need someone to complete it, or to rewrite it in 30 days.

Here's a summary:

- Users register online. They enter some fields. Use captcha. They get email verification to complete registration.

- After registration they end up in their homepage where they can upload pictures, add video links, upload arts, create communities, write stories etc.. similar to how it is done on Facebook or Orkut.

- Users can control to show their profile public or only to their friends, etc. They can also block other people.

- users can chat with each other.

- users can join communities, groups, etc.. by request only. Owner must approve.

- There will be pages to show latest videos, news, communities, groups etc.

- Site Administrator should have the abilities to: Update site, Remove users, Modify user information, Modify profiles, send email toe everyone, create newsletter to everyone, generate reports etc.

******* IMPORTANT

- You must provide a listing of similar sites you have done in the past with Php/mySQL. I will only accept reputable companies with a good track record.

- You must indicate when you can start, and when you can finish the project.

- I have been burnt with paying money up-front and not getting anything in return. I am very cautious now.

- I am a reputable company, in business since 1998. I am looking for quality and prompt delivery.
