Description
I want a website that is allows a user to sign up and bring in his profile information from various social networking sites by using their Webserivce APIs(for example Facebook, OpenSocial etc). This user profile informaiton will be stored in a database. The website should be scalable and should be able to support thousands of users with high availability.

The software developed should be scalable and modularized. There will be a webservice interface between the website and the database layer to store and retrieve data from database.


The design should be modularized and must use webservice for portability reasons. Only people having experience writing in Webservices, social networks applications (such as Facebook, opensocial etc) and integrating with other webservices would be considered. For serious consideration please provide couple of examples of previous work that you have done.
