We need a site/service similar to http://www.socialshield.com.

The site must allow parents to connect to their children\'s social media accounts (across all the popular ones like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc). Service needs to be able to send alerts to parents when certain actions happen in the child\'s account. For example, if they receive a friend request, if they post a picture, if they make a post (and that post contains certain keywords).

This will be a paid membership site. Membership will be either monthly or annually and be based on the number of email addresses monitored. So, if the child uses the same email address to access each of their social media accounts, then the parent will only pay one fee per month. If the child use two email addresses across their sites, the prent will pay 2 monthly fees. However, I want to provide a discount for multiple accounts.

Also, will need the ability to combine the multiple (emails addresses for one child and/or multiple children) accounts into one view for the parent.. If the multiple accounts represent multiple children tracked, then I want each child to be reported on separately (however, contained within the single parent account).

When an event happens in one of the child�s social media accounts, an alert must be sent to the parent. Alert categories will be based on the many things that can happen on each social platform. For example, with Facebook you can friend someone, someone can send you a friend request, you can post a picture, someone can tag you in a photo, etc. But with twitter, someone can tweet, mention you in a tweet, request to follow, etc. Each of these events (and more) must be tracked and the parent must be able to customize the alerts for the events that matter to them.

The site will need to have several additional content sections. While the site will be for allowing parents to monitor a child�s social media activity, it will also be a resource site for parents. We will have videos and other instructional content for parents, schools, and other community groups.

Expansion of the site is key. I want it built on a popular CMS platform (such as Wordpress) if at all possible.

The key elements of this project being a success are:

1. Build a service like socialshield.com and as outlined above
2. Create a design that is fresh and speaks to parents
3. Create a site/service that is extremely easy to use
4. Build it on a platform that makes it easy for us to add content and more features at a later date
5. Build a site/service that can be hosted on a popular commercial hosting service (I use and prefer GoDaddy.com which offers free Wordpress hosting)
