Description
I would like a php script to parse an html file. The file is a genealogy listing from an affiliate site. The script can use mysql if needed.
The page provided will have some text to parse from L1 and down through unlimited levels (labeled L2 before each name on level 2 with the terms UK, Euro, bid or all three after the name and so on for each of the levels). People in red are players, black are affiliates. an asterisk denotes a personal player
I would like it to receive parameters from a (including html page upload from browsers pc or from a URL). The script will need to render a table showing how much earnings are projected depending on the parameters. A delimited text file also needs to be created and stored locally to the server.

Member number - 5 or 6 numerical digits. Member number may not always be L1, user could enter a member number of someone on any level.
Number of levels to count - 4,5,6,7,unlimited
game type - uk, euro, uk+euro, bid, all
Director bonus level - 0%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%
Output:
personal earnings (personal is earned on any members with an asterisk after their name)
group earnings (anyone without asterisk)
total earnings for each game (uk, eu, bid)
amount of player members on each level
amount of affiliate members on each level
text file output will be as above but also with member number and date of script execution.
earnings:
4 for UK, 4 for Euro, 3 for bid(q) on each member on level 1 of the member number given
1 for UK, 1 for Euro, 0.75 for bid(q) on levels 2 to 7 of the member number given
levels 8 and on are paid at the director bonus level. (for first level - 1% of 1 for uk or euro and 1% of 0.75 for bid (Q))
bid(f) is not paid

I don't need fancy forms and web design, I can do that myself but I would like to see comments in the source code if possible.
