Description
Two front-facing pages, and one admin page:

1. Login Page. Requires a generic/shared username/password to give
visitors access to the second page. Username/password can be stored in
Web.config.

2. Download Page. Sits 'behind' the login page, ie. visitor must login
or this page will redirect them back to the Login Page. On this page
will be a list of all the available files that can be downloaded (these
will actually be MP3 files of spoken presentations, but that shouldn't
matter). There will also be some metadata for each listing entry;
Title, Presenter, Summary, Duration, Mugshot. These will be stored in a
DB table which you'll need to create.

3. Admin Page. Simple CRUD for the entries, so text fields for Title,
Presenter and Duration, textarea for Summary, and two file upload fields
for the MP3 and the Mugshot with the filename stored in the DB and the
file somewhere in the filesystem. We might need that mugshot resized,
but if I know .NET there'll be some MakeThumbnail() call in some
standard library that I'm sure you'll enjoy telling me about :)

All the design, HTML, CSS will be done over the weekend and I'll have a
dev server for you to deploy to, and an SVN repository for the source
(we'll need everything, including the .sln and .cs files) and the
prepared/compiled tree.
