Description
Seeking a qualified programmer to deliver a functional prototype of the following application. The application has two components: a client running on a PocketPC (or mobile device) and a server running on a simple laptop.

The server is responsible for broadcasting packets (using wireless Ethernet) to one or more the clients in a vicinity (the same room). The server should have a user interface enabling an "administrator" to configure some basic parameters about the server application (such as the frequency of broadcasts). The server will broadcast packets conveying the following information:

* A source identifier
* Three floating point coordinates (x, y, z)

The client application will run on a Pocket PC (or mobile device) will present a user interface. This application should be threaded so that packets can be received concurrently to displaying the information being broadcast by the server. In addition, the client should rapidly process and display the data being received from the server and should be responsive to user inputs (for example, allowing users to click "Stop" which would terminate receipt of packets from the server).

Applications will both preferably be written in C#, although I'm open to considering other platforms. Also, since this is a prototype, I really am looking for nothing fancier than the features specified above. Nothing pretty. Nothing ultra-optimized. I just need something that works and can be extended upon later, if necessary.
