Description
We're looking for a contractor with Silverlight experience. Silverlight is a technology from Microsoft that is a competitor to Adobe's Flash product. The specific project is to develop a prototype user interface for a desktop application. Once you sign a NDA, I'd send you some hand sketches of some concepts. I would be looking for you to implement those concepts and give me a xaml file that I can view and interact with in a web browser.

I'm not willing to spend more than $500 on this project.

Overseas contractors are acceptable. I've worked with overseas contractors before and have had success both with a project listed here and with other more substantial work the company I've worked for has done with a large Indian outsource firm (Patni). However, I have been somewhat disappointed in the aesthetic sense of the Indian contractors I've worked with in the past, so I would really want to see evidence of good design sensibilities (i.e. a good portfolio of past projects.)
