We are a sameday delivery company and are looking to add signature capture on our drivers pda's (windows mobile 5 & 6)

At present we generate a wml file on our server using php, and the drivers access these to accept a job, when collected and finally enter the recepients name (See samples below). As the driver does each it updates our mysql database again using php.

We are looking to replace the 3rd screen with an input for the recepients name (which the driver would enter), notes from the driver, and then pass to the customer for their signature on the screen. This would then be uploaded to our database.

If neccessary we are happy to entertain other input methods it doesn't have to be wml, as long as the pages work, contain the same information and update in real time.

We will also require php code to retrieve the signature from the database and display on a web page (so our customers can log in and view) we can handle the layout of this.

As data is transmitted by GPRS and data costs are high it needs to be as light on bandwidth as possible.
