Description
This project is for an online Database of retail shoplifters.

It should be PHP or ASP, provide an admin panel to issue new accounts to loss prevention officers.

The application should also maintain a searchable database of all apprehensions:
By subject name, date of birth, identifing marks, Police file #, Store Case #, Date of incident.

Entry forums should include:
- information about the accused (see screen shots)
- Mug shot upload
- Known Associates (linking them together when reports are generated)

Report fields: (should generate a report with these options, as well with custom user specifed logo)
