Description
I am seeking a technical writer who is familiar with general day to day tasks in IT environments. This person should possess good marketing skills sought by IT professionals. The content will be used to launch a new Computer Repair / IT service company that targets SOHO and small to medium size businesses.
The astute person will provide an original technical content for a website that shall promote our software, hardware and service offerings. The website should include about a dozen or so web pages organized into sections and subsections.
1. Home page should give a high level level presentation of our company and its mission
a. A short biography and description of experience and a list of our high profile clients/references
2. Services page with sub-pages that will describe in details our service offerings
3. A brief listing of hardware, software and partners that are utilized in our service
4. User support page with an email-form for support and/or service inquiry. From this page I should also be able to login to the website and access any internal resources such as software tools, online work order forms, e-mail messages etc.
5.About / Contact with hyperlinked icon to our location as well as e-mail and phone numbers.
I will process each page through copyscape for plagiarism issues so the content should be original. I will provide detailed keywords that need to be used as well as a list of companies I performed work for as an independent contractor. I need someone who can start right away and who will also communicate during the development process. I will need some samples to aid me in selecting the right candidate.
