URGENT RESPONSE AND ACTION REQUIRED ONLY:
Server and Site migration problems; Urgent Review and Fix required. $100
Windows based servers, VNS type, MYSQL. Site programming is ASP.
A total server expert required ONLY who understands configurations, how to find bugs quickly and understands the relationship of certain ASP programming changes which may be required in order to make migration work efficiently.
NOTE SERVER HAS BEEN MIGRATED, IT’S THE ISSUES OF BAD CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS WE FACING NOW SINCE IT WENT LIVE.
( what I don’t want is to award this project to the 2nd party taking over a nd find we are still in a mess.. !! So please be sure of your ability and assurance of helping us in this matter. NO point starting and finding its not manageable by you!)
IN SHORT, YOU NEED TO LOOK AND REVIEW EVERYTHING IN THE NEW SERVER, AND ENSURE ALL IS OKAY.
IN A NUT SHELL THIS IS THE PROBLEM: AS ADDRESSED BY PREVIOUS PERSON WHO HAD STARTED THE SITE MIGRATION:

‘’ Issue that we are facing now:
Frequently facing HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed error.
Crashing of Application due to “Application pool 'janeojewels' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.” Here is one more error “A process serving application pool 'janeojewels' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '9184'. The process exit code was '0x80'.”
As I searched for the reason in forum, google and Microsoft support site, mostly they mentioned similar possibilities for this type of error, sessions, db connections are not properly closed as the result of this connection threads increases beyond the limit in Application pool, which crashes the Application pool.’’

OF there may be other things too. I need the new person to check as if they were starting form the beginning, but the priority is the get the site up and running first , then work on re checking complete configuration 100%.
SITE: WWWJANEOJEWELSCOM & SUBDOMAINS
WE have recently moved our server form a US based server to a new UK based one.
The freelancer who was awarded the project had good reviews and seemed to have good references , but I have now found that after the final migration, we have had a host of issues.. Mostly niggling ones but one which makes the site and its sub domains being interrupted form being hosted.. at time we are live , at time we are not, and various error issues.
I need the following approach:
a) you approach the site as if its a project you beginning form fresh..
so the complete migration configuration you need to go thru and re do /check/ amend.
Including my site configuration which may have been altered by mistake or associated site programming ( ASP) which works in conjunction with server settings
b) in mean while, you temporary fix the identified problem( if its that about the pool crashing) so site is not off and on.. that I need going immediately.. TODAY. You then go back to step a to review the whole configuration.
bb) there are sub-domain sites also… 16 or so of them, and they are not working correctly
c) ftp is working / accessible
d) the 2 admin panel are at time not working ( sales admin( attached by Pay pal not integrated proper) and the site admin panel ( we will give you passwords to these as well once main issue found! Its most like the main bug in system is causing other issues.. if one thing resolved it may resolve most matters
e) The pay pal is NOT correctly done, this need checking.
One problem that has occurred due to pay not configured correctly is the SALES admin panel is not working.
d) Protex payment needs configuring 100% as last coder did not do this( can be done LATER)
e) Another sub domain needs adding. ( can be done LATER)
But the priority is the website, its admin panel, and the sub-domains which are all in a mess… and they work and don’t work etc etc.
4) ( 2nd project) after this, I need further work on transferring the email stem etc and other admin sets up, which are small things, but that’s part of a package ,,, we can do a separate project for that here.
AT this stage, I need to be assured:
1) you want to do this project,
2) you feel 100% confident you can do it,
3) and you will not give up mid way.;
4) i will get updates every 2- 3 hours on mail here,.( this is absolutely vital). IF you will not communicate with me each 2-3 hours, pls. don’t take the project!
5) that you will spend 100% of your time on this project only .. not doing other projects at same time.. simply because of the nature of the problem and its urgency!
YOU NEED TO ASSURE ME OF THE ABOVE PLEASE. ITS VITAL YOU ADDRESS THOSE ABOVE ISSUES AND AGREE.
I will need an NDA, and copies of your passport pls., as we will be handing over to you complete access to server, the site etc.

I have a prepared doc in which we have complete access details of new server, all setting and what the new server package is , capacity etc. FTP details, database etc.
