Description
We need SEO performed for our website which is already live and ranked well. We have already preliminary on-site SEO and would like an analysis of our on-site optimization. We have 50 articles that we would like distributed throughout various article websites.
In addition, we would like 50 non-reciprocal inbound links from pages with high PR ratings. ALL links must be approved by us and should be deployed over a 4 to 6-week period. We have our list of preferred keywords.
Please NO black hat techniques, link farms, etc. Along with your quote, please specify:
(1) How much time it will take you to get non-reciprocal links in place,
(2) What other methods you will use,
(3) How you are going to improve page rank.
(4) How you going to improve alexa rank
Additional note:
You will need to provide me with the following document/spreadsheet before any payment is made:
Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address. I reserve the right not to accept a particular link. This will be used against Alexa for verification.
Payment will be made once all links are verified. Part payment is ok on 50% completion.
Links must be permanent.
Links must be one way. No reciprocal links.
Links must be free. Links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: sponsored links, advertisers links, etc.
Links should contain the target key phrase within the anchor text.
Links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website, not just the home page.
Link page must be completely visible to search engines. Page can not contain redirects,cloaking, etc. Page must NOT be excluded by robots.txt. Anchor text must NOT contain the rel=nofollow tag.
One link per domain, all from different IP/Class C IP.
Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
No links from sites with 'pop-up' proliferation.
No links from freely hosted web sites (geocities, tripod etc.)
No links from casinos or sites related to gaming.
No links from adult sites.
No links from sites with illegal content.
No links from pharmaceutical sites.
No links from sites that are unrelated to the site you are working on.
No FFA, link farm, guestbook, forum, or newsgroup links.
No links from link exchanges etc.
No commercial web rings or link exchange programs.
No links from bad neighborhoods (porn or other offensive websites)
