Description
I need to have a couple of upgrades installed to an existing 'Hit Counter' script located at: http://statszoom.com and the LAYOUT/DESIGN completely changed.

- I have bougth the upgrades, of course, and now I need somebody who can install them and upgrade the MySql database as well.
- The upgrade files come with simple set of instructions on a pdf file.
- The site is in use and with free members, so I will like not to have any downtime at all, except for when the upgrade and new layout needs to be uploaded to replace the existing one. I will provide a second account on my server for the coder to work on it.

The other MAIN requirement is to change the LAYOUT/DESIGN as the present one is so simple and very unattractive.
I will like something more intuitive, easy to navigate but also attractive.

- As part of the new LAYOUT I need a couple of very important additions to it;
1) A nice Login Box to be displayed on main pages for members to access their statistics
2) Two other boxes showing the two different plans offered to prospect members, FREE and PAID, similar to the way hosting companies advertise for it.

That's it, no changes in the script funcionality. I am happy with the way it works now.

IMPORTANT:
1) Coder should be able to communicate in a daily basis over instant chat (msn/yahoo) for better and easier implementation of the design.
2) Any suggestions and additions to make the site in general look better will be appreciated. 3) I can provide some templates for integration so coder does not have to create the design from scratch.
