Description
We are in need of someone to re-write our video game tournament/ladder script. Our last programmer never finished the job to our satisfaction. The script must be able to be installed numerous times on one site. Also, we want some separate mods to be created (for login bridges, etc) and themes created as well.
We want a standalone Tournament/Ladder script:
What we need to add to the functions of our current script include (user side):
225 Ability to add YouTube video, screenshots and Audio player (i.e., from Playlist.com) into player profile and Team Profile
225 Ability to join a team without having to join a ladder
225 New Gamercard editor
225 Have one team page where you can manage your members, challenges and matches all from one place. Have that one team join multiple ladders instead of creating a new team on each ladder.
225 Teamspeak and Ventrilo added
225 Ability for tickets to be assigned by user to certain ladders
225 Ability to link to forums from Team Profile (for private forums)
225 Add the option that members can apply for a team and not wait to be invited, this would mean a clan leader can link the page on their site for members to follow.
225 Team Join password : Where the leader can set a password for members to join
225 Ability to add Blog in players and Team Profiles (Team can have separate Blog)
225 Custom Challenge/Match Finder improved. So that the players can select certain things that they want in a game (example: cod4 singles. noob toobs: disabled, claymores: enabled, etc.)
225 User name & Gamertag displayed in roster (not player ID#)
225 Chat room (we have a script that can be used)
225 Admin logins be able to login in front side, not just the admin panel
225 Server Stats Page
225 Users own rank (including wins and losses) displayed
Admin Side:
225 New tournament system single/double elimination to be able to attach it to ladders or create it as separate cup
225 Set the number of team members per team on each ladder/tournament (can be over-ridden in Admin CP)
225 Singles page for ladder/tournament
225 League add-on that will allow for both NFL (US Style) and Soccer (EU style) leagues. It will therefore have to have things like scheduled matches, free play matches but with maximum amount of matches played, play-offs (US league option), overall setup (number of leagues/divisions, number of entrants, number of matches per season/session, etc)
225 Add pay-to-play challenges (1 player/team challenges another to $x.xx. Both players/teams deposit the agreed upon amount into an escrow account before match. After the match we take a set percentage of the money and the winner receives the rest.)
225 Add Player Transfers between teams and releasing of players to free agent status by Team Captains (additional options for captains only so team members can not release/transfer other players.)
225 Add MSN and Yahoo to Admin profiles, linking to messengers
225 Add email notification (to staff and player) for Tickets
225 Ability to set unique background images to each ladder.
225 Ability to set unique banners to each individual ladder.
225 Add platforms for Tournaments (I.e., tournaments for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 226 see theme design link for better understanding)
225 Pre-registration discount 226 where players/teams have until certain day & time to receive a discount on entry fee, after that day & time entry fee changes & ability to close signups for tournament/ladder on day/time
225 Ability to pay for ladder/tournament individually or as a team (system should check to see if player has already paid for entry by searching his/her teams as well)
225 Ability to set XP points required to play in tournament
225 Ability to set Points individually for ladder/tournament (i.e., 3 points for win, 2 points for tie, 1 point for loss)
225 Ability to draw a match in script and have the results / ladders updated appropriately.
225 Ability to randomize the game modes in the challenge for the 3/5/7 rounds
225 Ability to automatically change the status of a match and/or challenge to expired once a certain amount of time has elapsed after the challenge and/or match date has gone by and not been reported. (i.e., challenge was to take place at 1:30 p.m. no one reports the match by 2:30 and it is deleted)
225 When a Team is challenged the Leaders AND co-leaders of both Teams will receive a pop-up message on the website and an email.
225 Entirely new, user friendly Admin CP

225 Tournament script should be encoded, but not require any additional server side software to be installed.

225 IPB Forums Bridge
225 Bridges integrating our CCMS, Tournaments/Ladders and OsCommerce store (so that our site functions seamlessly, without the need to enter multiple logins)
Themes: we want the tournament/ladder script theme to resemble: amped2compete.com
Should include 3 color variations of the themes.
We want to have a custom theme for our site: CCMS, PHPbb3 and OsCommerce store, similar to:
pela.ee/xbox-360/ (we want to easily be able to change the background images on a regular basis)
We also want 1 year of de-bugging included. If during that year we find bugs in the script we want the programmer to take care of it at no additional charge!
Also, when this script is completed we own the rights to the software and it may not be resold.
When a bid is accepted by us, we will deposit the funds into the escrow account. However, we will need 1 additional week to test and find bugs before the money will be released. If we find bugs in the functionality of the software the programmer will have to correct any problems before the money is released.
Programmer must have a fully functioning demo available (on their server) and we must have access to it in the time frame that is quoted.
Programmer must make a weekly report on the progress of the development, detailing what steps have been taken during the previous week. We will be communicating on a DAILY basis to oversee the development and work out any details.
