Description
Seeking coders with knowledge of .ASP, .NET (VB), MS-Access, MS-SQL and JavaScript for rewriting (or upgrading) of an existing CMS coded 8 years ago in .ASP, using MS-Access or MS-SQL as content container.
All content, text and design are stored in and read from the database. Templates (design) and content are putted together by a main script (description how to will be provided and are available in the existing code).
The system have a content search function for internal content, but is also implemented with Google (requires no extra coding for Google)
Administration is basically for content: documents, templates, javascripts and css (stylesheets), for users, user groups, creation of Topics (basis for menus) and system information.
Some small add-on scripts based on the same functionality as in the main script will be requested (basically re-use of code from main page).
The system use tags in templates or documents as calls to functions or to run other scripts on the site (server.Execute), from within the document or the template.
Document editor should be optional (both, set in the site setup page): Either a free editor or CuteSoft Wysiwyg editor (licences are not considered as included in the coders offer).
Coders we want to proceed with and have final negotiations with, will be provided with detailed information before confirming their final offer. The selected coder will be provided with the source coded of the existing version and all questions to it will be replied to by the original coder (me).

Coders will have to show that they have knowledge of all systems and script types used: .ASP, .NET, MS-Access, MS-SQL and JavaScript.
Coders who also can rewrite the code for PHP and MySql should state so when bidding (do not include in the bid – but you are welcome to estimate a cost in PM).
