Hi Everyone:

I need a simple yet powerfull web site for Real State with a total of 6 pages (see below). I would like the top of the page to have pictures and buttons that will stay as users move from one page to another (frames).

I will be using a third party company that offers realt state searching tools. Their service would have to be embedded into this web site. I don't know all the details. I will get them as soon as possible. I have listed this project to be 6 pages but in reality it's only 4 pages since most likely pages 2 and 3 won't have any programming other that have the top part of the web site repeat on each page.

For Pages 2 and 3 I will use a tool to search properties by a company name HOMESEARCH. I need to get more details as far as how to integrate their service into my pages 2 and 3. On pages 4 and 5 visitors will type information that will be stored in a table in a SQL server. Certain fields are required. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor after submitting.

1. Main page – The main page would include pictures, links and navigation buttons. I would like the pictures located on the top that will appear on every page and buttons just right below the pictures. On the page center I would like links.

2. My Listings (provided through HOMESEARCH™). Pages 2 and 3 I will use a tool to search properties by a company name HOMESEARCH. I need to get more details as far as how to integrate their service into my pages 2 and 3

3. Search for homes (provided through HOMESEARCH™) - Same as number 2.

4. Your home’s value – Form. Pages 4 and 5, visitors will type in information that will be stored in a table in a SQL server. Certain fields are required. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor after submitting.

5. Dream find home – Form - Same as number 4.

6. Community Links – Links to outside web sites.

Currently I don't have a place to host my web site, but I don't want to pay a lot on a monthly basis.

I am attaching a sample from another web site so you can get an idea. I am familiar with HTML so I will be updating the web site to add new or remove links and text when necessary.
