Description
1.0 To provide Public Relations (PR) Content Management & eCommerce System. The system preferably having a xoops CMS engine with the functionality of able to use Xoops theme & template and able to create block and move them within pages. However, if you have your own CMS with similar functionality, will be welcome,
1.1 Basic:
a. Latest PR public release with summary and thumbnail picture in front page.
b. Last 10 PRs with dates
c. Selection of Categories to view
d. Search by keywords
e. Feedback form
f. T&C
g. Privacy Policy
h. Copyrights
i. About Us
j. Membership signup
k. News about Company
l. FAQ
1.2 Public Viewing:
a. Allowing Public to read latest PR release from clients sorted by category.
b. Public can subscribe to RSS feed for individual category
c. Sign up as member or journalist
1.3 Member Privilege:
a. Allowing Free membership to sign in and post relevant News Releases to the appropriate categories.
b. Membership will need to be double opt-in for verification
c. Each PR will consist of Title, Summary, Content, Reference linking, Bibliography/Reference and files uploading
d. Each PR allowing up to 2 categories
e. Admin or moderator will verify/moderate each PR before releasing online.
1.4 Paid-member Privilege:
a. Allowing Free membership to upgrade to Paid-member with following options:
(i). Per PR, upon submission
(ii). A wholesales price of 10 PRs or 100PRs
b. Ability to schedule the PR at least 3 days in advance
c. Upon submission, will show the medias release and number of reporters receiving the PR
1.5 Journalist Privilege:
a. Free membership to all journalists
b. Membership will need to be double opt-in for verification
c. Pre-approval for journalists whose domain are in white list
d. Journalist will be able to select the interest categories which he will receive email when there is a PR
e. Journalist will be able to select the kind of email received (links back to site or full content with attachment or without attachment)
1.6 Admin Privilege:
a. Ability to configure all items in 2.1.1
b. Ability to change header graphic
c. Ability to change header title
d. Ability to change company profile and details
e. Ability to vet through all PR before releasing online and email to journalists
f. Ability to blacklist any misconduct member
g. Ability to design membership pricing in term of per release, wholesales (each PR will be using wholesales credit)
h. Ability to accept payment via paypal
i. Ability to manage domain white-list for journalists
j. Ability to upgrade Free member to Paid member with credits value
k. Ability to mass email to Journalists the content (with attachment) once approved for paid-members (immediate or schedule)
l. Ability to track each paid-PR, how many journalists had opened the email.
m. Ability to zoom down on individual journalists detail who have opened or have not opened the email
n. Ability to add/delete/edit/manage users(client/journalist)
o. Ability to group/sub-group users
p. Ability to assign different rights for users
