Hi I am looking for programmer company which would make a PTC script for me...
Features should be there:
a new fresh looking design, surf ads, admin panel, security, possibility of changing: pay for 1advertisment for standard, premium, 30 s countdown, instantly processed payments - referrals, advertisers, premium, News section, offer section, implemented forum on site, jackpot of $$$(100 numbers-tickets, 1 ticket cost $1, 5 winners in one drawing /round/. Prices:1st $20, 2nd $12, 3rd $8, 4th $6, 5th $4, after picking all 100 tickets by members, prices are instantly added to 5 members/ usernames and are recorded/winners/.), possibility buy 1 month premium, 6 mnths, 1 year, life time premium, cashout button after reaching $6, demographic filter of ads, possibility of renting referrals for 1 month - 100 referrals, 200 referrals. please only serious companies.

4. instant payouts through alertpay, instant adding of purchased referrals, premium, advertisements, jackpot
5. options to rent and/or buy refferrals with ref packs for purchasing IE: packs of 5, 15, 30, 50, 100, W/ possible 200 pack
6. Jackpot with 100 numbers, 1st to 5th place winnings with auto pay to winners accounts. 1st place $20 2nd place $12 3rd place $8 4th and 5th place both $5 with auto records of the winners. viewable by the members. and the admin. each ticket will cost $1.00
7.options to purchase premium membership with prices as follows: 1 month $20, 6 months $40, 1 year $80 and life time for $200.
8. Intergrated forum W/ moderation capabilities. (moderators are highlighted to green)

11. place for members to rotation advertise banners(main page top, bottom, surf ads page top, bottom, forum top – so 5 places* able to setup prices of each place of rotating advertising*) with the following duration: 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months
12. standard members will have 0.005 per click and per ref click. Premiums will have 0.01 per click and 0.01 per ref click
13. cashout criteria as follows:
1st $2.00 with a click minimum of 75 clicks
2nd $4.00 with a click minimum of 100
3rd $6.00 W/ minimum of 125 clicks
4th $8.00 W/ minimum of 150 clicks
5th $10.00 W/ minimum of 175 clicks
14. demographic abilities for advertisers. also for advertising packs a drop down box with click packs and the following prices:
200 member visits $2.00
500 member visits $4.50
1000 member visits $7.50
2000 member visits $12.00
3000 member visits $18.00
5000 member visits $29.00
10,000 member visits $55.50
50,000 member visits $249.50
100,000 member visits $490.00
15. auto replace for inactive referral - if ref doesn't click in 7 days over 20 clicks!
16. ref click chart – recorded 30 days of ref clicks, all referrals, rented, bought.
Standard member can recycle himself 1referral for - $0.07 with balance!!!
premium member can recycle himself 1referral for - $0.05 with balance!!!
* if any of referral is in renting time for example 5th day, after recycling(changing for new one) does this ‘place of referral’ continue from 5th day -> so 25 days left of renting of new one.
- an option to keep members active rented referrals. Maybe add a button that allow them to pay for other month 0,30$ (for upgraded/1 referral) or 0,40$ (for standard/1 referral) to keep their rented referrals instead of loosing them. There should be an option - mark ref’s for renting &|or recycling.
17. 1 x 1000 ref pack auction – Could be avaible once a week. Members can place a ‘bid’ for this package. IE: min. Price $750(will be fixed). Every Monday will ‘start’ auction, so if someone will ‘order’(place a bid over $750) it and no one will re-bid his bid to Sunday, he will be notified about payment-might be from balance or AP. Later possibility add other one ref pack auction:D
18. reset time of advertisements 00:00 of server time
19. vacation service - Travel with no problem of loosing clicks. Once every 6 months - no longer than 7 days at a time
20. also every member is credited from their referrals earnings(in current day) how many $, how many clicks...:
member clicks yesterday * 2 * number of referrals
21. feature in member stats which shows how much member earn. Everyday stats chart – 30 days ago from today
22. implement PIN for cashouts-security reason. In case of forgotten this PIN no. there will be a ‘forgotten PIN number’ button, after clicking on it will be mailed to member a form where they will be able to create new one ‘PIN’
23. would be great to have a little drop down box that lets all members of the site view more refs at a time (50,100,500,etc)
24. Possibility of changing every price and amount.
