Description
Load EMAIL SOURCE and associate with custodian/case number.
Ability to load more than one EMAIL SOURCE (or custodians) and de-duplicate within global set or custodian based on either MD5/SHA1 hash or PR Internet ID.
Report folder structure, MSG counts, and items counts. List of attachment extension and counts.
Report statistics such as date/time histogram, to/from diagrams, conceptual diagrams.
Report on top to/from conversations and ranking of terms.
Convert OST/PST and attachments to single or multipage TIFF files (including attachments within attached emails and/or compressed files) while writing metadata info (from, to, cc, bcc, date, time, subject, body, internal ID, etc) to a CSV file (the record, field and text delimiter ASCII character must be programmable) at a rate of at least 5000 pages per hour. Create Concordance and Summation load files.

Development Requirements:
- C#.NET using .NET Framework 3.0. .
E-mail source systems:
- Lotus Notes (versions 4.5 to 8.0 inclusive). Only mail file databases are to be exported – no processing is to be done on other database types. File extensions include NSF.
- Microsoft Outlook (versions 97 to 2007 inclusive). File extensions include PST, OST and MSG.
- Microsoft Outlook Express (versions 4.0 to 6.0 SP2 inclusive). File extensions include DBX, MBX and EML.
- Microsoft Windows Live Mail (Vista version).
