Description
General Idea:
I want a site that will list special offers on any goods available with any shop/company. The site is not a normal product listing site. All the listed items are supposed to have promotions.

The site will have three types of users:
1- Promoter.
2- Buyer.
3- Site Admin.

The Promoter:
Any one can be a promoter as long as he/she registers (for free) and provides basic information like username, shop/company/mall name, location (Country and City), address (optional), and contact information (phone and email).
After the account is created, the promoter will enter the item category, name, description, original price, special offer, and the offer expiration. once the offer expires, the item will automatically be removed.

The Buyer:
The buyer doen not need to be registered user for searching the catalog of items. The user must have the ability to search on different criteria like recently added, category, City and/or price.

The Admin:
Will have full control to remove users, delete listings, see statistics of the site like items listed in each category. The admin must be able to see the user bevavior like whitch items are most popular and keywords are most searched for. The behaviour statistics should be time related meaning that it should show the stats for each month, year, or location (Country/City).
The main page of the site should be simple and beautiful. The admin should be able to define the first listing for any search to bring the promotions of paying promoters. For example, a promoter is paying $10 to show his hair dryer to 1000 searchers for hair dryers. after his product has been shown to 1000 reachers he will be removed. More than one hair dryer promoter may buy first listing. in this case, the first product should be shown in a round robbin fachon until all complete their count and then be removed. The site will have only one banner per page (On top).

Other Requirements:

The site should be in RIGHT TO LEFT format. A translation file should be included as the site is intended for Arab users. The arabic translation will be done by me by modifying the language file.
The should have PHP/AJAX for user interface and MySQL for database.
The site code must be well documented and the coder must take into account security issues when coding PHP and AJAX. I would like to see the database design and normalization before starting the project.

I also forgot to mention that the users (buyers) should be able to recomend the offers. This has to be done in a way that no one can vote more than once.
