Description
Develop a .NET program in C# or VB.NET that will create a drawing
of a pipeline system consisting of pipes, valves, pumps and other
devices. The user should be able to pick various devices from a
toolbox and drop them on a drawing area (canvas) and connect
them together with lines representing pipe segments, as shown in
Figure 1 attached. Once the drawing is complete, and the user clicks on the
various elements, a screen should be displayed for entering data
pertaining to the device. Also, the entire pipeline system graphic must be saved as a BMP/JPG/WMF file, by clicking a button. By clicking another button, the detailed
data for each device and the entire pipeline must also be saved in
an ASCII/Text file. The drawing area must be scrollable both horizontally
and vertically.

Successful bidder should provide weekly updates with code completed every week so progress can be assessed. Project must be completed in 60-90 days.
