Description
Gaming community forum with portal set up wanted. It is a trading site for the Pokemon video game. The site currently exists as a phpBB2 forum but is growing and I wish to have the design, layout and content exactly as I want it.

I would like to have a lot of creative control over the graphics side of the project so design skills for the chosen coder are irrelevant but being able to make the forum look and work as I want it is top priority. Since I have very limited experience in designing for web I will need you to advise on format and sizes of elements such as backgrounds and buttons. I will be working alongside you providing images or placeholders as you go along.

Please see the attached for a (very) rough idea of the portal layout I am looking for, navigation is on the left going down. The forum will be more of a standard layout but I will want to customize everything from the topic icons to giving boxes rounded corners.

I will also need help in setting up FTP if required and finding an appropriate host for the site. I have some knowledge of HTML, php so I am fairly happy to maintain once live.
